I've been thinking about this post.

Praying Morning Prayer from the C of E website has given me a structure of habit to prayer which means I have prayed a lot at times I might not otherwise have done so.

It has also led me to start looking for a community where I can pray with others, in person, regularly.

It has also led to me purchasing the necessary resources to engage in praying the Daily Office on my own should I end up without internet access.

I think if I hadn't found the online resources so easy to use I would not be praying regularly now and I certainly wouldn't be thinking about attending Morning Prayer at a church (which is fairly commonly said in England but as I understand it generally poorly attended). I do think it should be available for those who want to attend. But I don't think the various online resources should be overlooked; knowing that there are other people around the world saying the Benedictus with me each morning is one thing that I find helps me very much.
